Olga obtained her PhD in Biophysics from the Lomonosov Moscow State University. Her research contributed to the understanding of fundamental mechanisms of cell volume regulation as well as development of new approaches for the treatment of disorders caused by disrupted cellular osmoregulation. Throughout 8 years of biomedical research experience Olga worked in and collaborated with multiple laboratories in Russia, Canada and the USA. Her research experience covers fundamental cellular physiology, pathology of lung diseases & development of new imaging methods. Olga presented her research results at more than 10 provincial and international conferences and she is an author of 10 publications, including scientific articles and book chapters.
